Ric Byrne Claims One Half of WWC Tag Titles

Byrne recaptured championship gold in the WWC, but not in the way he would have expected.

WWC Commissioner Mark Jodrey, tired with the bullying and underhanded tactics of then WWC Tag Team Champions B.A.D. Intentions (Brian Jennings & Ben Kimera, managed by Jenelle Sinclair) decided to put together a tag team he felt would be unstoppable - Ric Byrne and WWC Heavyweight Champion "Superstar" Shawn Parks!  Although Byrne and Parks have a long, violent history between them, the duo overcame their differences to actually unseat the most dominant tag team the WWC had ever seen at the WWC "Resolution" event on Saturday, January 7th.

B.A.D. Intentions have no desire to let this loss go unavenged - rumors are already circling about plans for a rematch.
